About Us
Mesa View is one of the rarest views in Colorado
A unique location just North of Colorado Springs which has a spanning view to the East of 50+ miles of Mesa's and Trees that also overlooks Colorado open space, while being nestled in your own set of woods to your West. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the animals such as Turkeys and Deer who also like to hang out at Mesa View Retreat. We hope you enjoy your stay here and make many memories.
4 Bedroom Retreat - sleep up to 14
4 Bedrooms total, two of which are Full Master bedrooms with King Size beds and their own private bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has its own coffee table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise as well as Deck access. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and we refer to that room as the Bear Room as the room is decorated for those who love Bears. The last room is the Bunkhouse room and sleeps 4 in the bunkbeds.
There is an additional sleeper sofa upstairs on the main floor, and a Futon in the master bedroom downstairs for additional sleepers.
Amenities
Everyone on vacation likes to be together and Mesa View Retreat starts out with a Kitchen area that is large enough to have everyone together in one place while dinner is being made and drinks being shared. This kitchen space was designed in 1982 with Family in mind.
Upstairs also has 2 additional areas for people to break out and talk or play games as well as a sun room.
Downstairs is an entertainment room which includes a large bar and 75" TV which attaches to a deck which is the full length of the house.
There are two large decks to enjoy the sunrise from, so if you are staying upstairs or downstairs this will be one of the largest decks around.
Outside to the West you are literally in the woods and will most likely see Turkeys and Deer.
On the property there are Horses for your to pet, and please be aware of the electric fence ( smile )
Rates
Rental rates are $ 550.00 per day with a $250 cleaning fee.
